Trinity Bible College was founded in 1948 as Lakewood Park Bible School. Click here for more information about our history. Trinity is located on a 28 acre campus in Ellendale, North Dakota, a friendly, virtually crime-free community. It is an ideal place for faculty and married students to live and raise their families. Trinity is affiliated with the General Council of the Assemblies of God. It is governed by a Board of Regents from the North Dakota and South Dakota districts of the of the Assemblies of God together with selected members from other geographical areas served by the college. Mission Statement: Trinity Bible College is a biblically based Pentecostal institution of higher education providing a Christ-centered environment for the academic and spiritual preparation of men and women for ministry in church vocations and for service in other professions. Accreditation: Trinity Bible College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Trinity Bible College is also accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Approval: Trinity Bible College is approved by the State of North Dakota Department of Public Instruction with authorization to award both Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees. Financial Aid: Trinity is approved for participation in Title IV Federal Education Funding. A generous financial assistance program is also available. 95 percent of full time students receive some type of financial assistance.
