Bible Studies with a Minor

Perhaps the call of God is directing you toward church involvement but not necessarily holding ministerial credentials. In addition to a strong Bible and Theology background, you may wish to explore a variety of areas of study at the same time. In other words, learning a little less about each area, but studying more subject areas – diversification. This degree program offers the most flexibility in choice of courses taken.

The Biblical and Theological Studies Core and General Education Core is similar to the double major program. A solid foundation in the Word of God and its application to daily living is still the center of this degree program.

One may choose one or two minors to complement the Biblical Studies Major and provide additional skills for church, parachurch, or intercultural ministry. Those completing this degree program would not necessarily seek ministerial credentials, although they may be eligible.
