Ministry to this age group requires an understanding of the broader spectrum of educational theory and learning. The exploration and implementation of a variety of ministry techniques appropriate to children are emphasized.
In addition to a theoretical understanding, this program emphasizes practical experience in the form of practicums and an internship.
