The student desiring to lead worship as a worship leader or minister of music within the local church may best be served by choosing this program. The focus of the program is to prepare the student for either vocational ministry or those desiring to lead congregational worship in a contemporary setting. Leadership skills necessary in the contemporary setting are emphasized along with the development of the personal spiritual life of the individual for a “heart of worship.”
