Objectives
Upon successful completion of this concentration the student should be able to:

• develop a plan to lead a church to healthy change resulting in the revitalization of a church.
• lead the process of formulating mission, vision, and core values of a church.
• devise a strategy to effectively plant a church.
• understand the processes of interpreting culture, using demographics, and mobilizing workers.

*This concentration must be taken in conjunction with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership.
