2. Essay – (MS Word Document Preferred for On-Line application)
   • Summarize your personal and professional goals
   • Why you desire to enroll in Trinity Bible College Distance Education?
   • Briefly describe your Christian life.
3. The $25 non-refundable application fee
4. Recent photo of yourself – (digital photo may be attached to On-line application)
5. Official college/university transcript(s)
6. Official high school transcript – only required if not submitting college transcript
