About: On July 1, 2013 Steve arrived at Trinity Bible College as VP of Academics. Dr. Steve Chandler comes to Trinity with his wife, Luanne Chandler, and brings a keen sense of innovation to academic excellence in preparing this and the next generation of leaders for all eight spheres of culture. Inspiration… Influence… Instruction… and Involvement are four words that best describe Steve Chandler.  For over thirty years Steve has helped individuals, churches, academic institutions and corporations develop and sustain greater innovation and productivity by equipping them with skills critical for lasting contribution.

Previously, Dr. Chandler served as Director of Craig College of Ministry from 2011-2013 providing church leadership training for Northern California-Nevada Assemblies of God. Steve returned to his Alma Mater, August 2008-2011, serving as Program Director for Pastoral Theology and Church Leadership at Bethany University, Scotts Valley, CA, as well as the Branch Director for the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary West Coast, Liaison for the Northern California and Nevada District of the Assemblies of God, and Adjunct Professor for Asia Theological Center for Missions and Evangelism, in Singapore. In addition to his education profile, Steve is actively engaged as a life and church coach, writer, and popular guest speaker at seminars and churches. Steve was blessed to serve on the staff with two of our nation’s largest churches, pioneer another church beginning with two families, and lead a church through critical turn-around and reengineering.

Steve and Luanne have been married 39 years and have four daughters, two granddaughters and two grandsons. The Chandler’s currently reside in historic Ellendale, ND.

About: Ian was 14 years old when he accepted Christ as his Savior. As a high school student he sensed God’s call to a life fully devoted to Christian service. He is married to Heather and they have three children, Timothy (18), Michael (16) and Caleigh (10). The O’Brien family immigrated to the USA in 2008 in response to a persistent leading of the Spirit. This move was a step of faith with very few available resources. Since then, God has been faithful to open doors of provision and significant service opportunities to them.

Ian is passionate about inspiring people to reach their God-given potential and he counts it a privilege to invest in a developing generation of students at Trinity Bible College.
