Staff

  • Job Title: Cafeteria Staff
  • Job Description: Cleaning the kitchen and cafeteria areas, this consists of sweeping, mopping, wiping tables and counters, washing dishes, and cleaning some large equipment. Serving students as well as staff and faculty, cutting fruits and vegetables, prepping meals, assisting the manager as needed. Refilling napkins, silverware, plasticware, plates, cups, desserts, etc.. Working with a team. Supervising student workers. Cook occasional meals. Check-in and put away trucks. 
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Job Qualifications or Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

  • Job Title:  Student Summer Workers (4 Positions Available)
  • Job Description:  These positions will work directly for the Business Office as general workers campus wide.  Main functions will be within the Facilities Services department as grounds and maintenance crew, but at times duties in other departments are a possibility.
  • Job Type:  Seasonal up to 40 hours per week starting May 16, 2024 thru August 15, 2024.
  • Job Qualifications or Requirements:  Positions reserved for students of Trinity Bible College and Graduate School who will be returning for on-campus classes in the fall of 2024.
  • Compensation:  $12.50/hour and ability to live in a campus apartment.  Maybe required to room with another student worker if needed.

  • Job Title:  Enrollment Counselor/Recruiter
  • Job Description:  Positions works within the Enrollment Department and is responsible for outreach and active recruitment of students.  Speak with and guide prospective students through the enrollment process for Trinity Bible College and Graduate School at all levels including, undergraduate, Pack Your Bags, MyTrinityOnline, and Graduate School.  Travel is required with a portion being multi day and overnight, to attend events, represent the college, and interact directly with prospective students.

  • Job Title:  Resident Director
  •  Description:  As a member of the Student Life team, the Resident Director (RD) fulfills a vital role in the overall experience of students at Trinity – contributing to campus social events, new student orientation, dorm supervision and check-in/out processes, mentoring, and more. The RD is on the front line of ministry to the students both in and outside of Student Housing.
    At Trinity, we often say that RDs fulfill a “Campus Pastor” role, as they are primary resources for the supervision and mentoring of students. Resident Directors are expected to assist in providing for and creating a culture at Trinity that is conducive to the spiritual, social, and academic development of all students. The RD can and should have a great influence on the life and culture of our Trinity community!

  • Job Qualifications or Requirements: 1) Adult with a strong spiritual life and gifts for mentoring. Experience in either college Student Life (RA/RD), pastoral ministry, or a related field is preferred.
    2) Commitment to a biblical lifestyle that is in line with the theology, culture, and community standards of the College.
    3) A clear understanding of and a definite commitment to the mission and objectives of Trinity.
    4) Skills in leadership, mentoring, and administration/responsibility.
    5) The ability to be flexible, remain team-oriented, honor authority, be self-motivated, and demonstrate servanthood.
    6) Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage others, and build relationships with students, staff, and faculty.
    7) Willing to live in the provided apartment located within student housing. (RD can be either single or married, as the apartment provides separation from the student section of the dorm.)
  • Compensation: Cash salary options, included meal plan and Accommodation: Compensation includes accommodation in the RD apartment. This is all-inclusive, with no charges for internet, cable TV, utilities, laundry, etc.

  • Job Title:  Resident Director: Trinity Apartments
  •  Description:  This part-time Resident Director role focuses on the students who reside in the Trinity Apartments, but also includes investing in those students who reside off-campus. Together, we refer to these students as “Community Students.” The supervision, mentoring, and care of these students is a significant aspect of this role. In addition, this RD assists with
    operations of the Trinity Apartments and serves as a liaison between the residents (both staff and students) in these apartments and other relevant Trinity departments that handle apartment operations, including the Business Office and Facility Services.

Faculty

  • Job Title:  Faculty (General Education – Psychology/Counseling)
  • Job Description:  As a full time faculty member, this position will be expected to teach 12-14 credits per academic semester on campus at Trinity Bible College and Graduate School, a majority of which will be within the General Education department focused on Psychology and Counseling.  Position will report to the Chair of General Education and the Dean of Undergraduate Academics.
  • Job Type:  Full-time contract 2024-2025 Academic Year (Reports two weeks prior to start of fall academic semester, two 16 week semesters, and reports for one week after final classes.  Roughly mid-August through mid-May with an extended break during the month of December.)
  • Job Qualification or Requirements:  Master’s degree within some aspect of Psychology or Counseling is required.
  • Compensation:  Pay is based on prior academic experience and in line with structure set forth in the Faculty Handbook.  Base salaries range from $31,504.19 to $44,139.76 with additional added for every year of collegiate teaching and relevant professional experience.  Opportunities for additional pay are available as the need arises.
