Trinity Band performs "A Night in Hollywood"

Over two hundred people gathered at the historic Opera House in Ellendale, North Dakota, on April 19th, to watch Trinity Bible College’s Symphonic Band perform, “A Night in Hollywood.”

The Ellendale Opera House opened in 1909 and is owned by a non-profit group O.P.E.R.A. Inc., who began restoring it in 2002. This was only the second public performance on the Opera House stage in more than thirty-five years. The acoustics added to the beautiful harmonies of the twenty-one-member group. Some of the highlights were their beautiful renditions of songs from Grease, Phantom of the Opera, and Pink Panther.

Ken Kelly, a senior at TBC, did a great job conducting the group, and was presented with a card of appreciation after the performance. Because of the efforts of the community, the remodeling committee, and the college, everyone was able to enjoy a very rewarding evening.
