Last week I had two strategic meetings that were a great encouragement to me.  I met with the CEO of Dickey Rural Network and the Leader of the team of auditors that are now completing the annual audit at TBC.

Dickey Rural Network (DRN) is an innovative company based right in Ellendale.  It boasts the largest fiber optic cable network in the USA.  As they have grown they have developed many areas of expertise to serve the rural community in and around Dickey County.  Some months ago we decided to outsource the accounting functions of TBC to their highly qualified professionals.  This allowed us access to expertise that would have been difficult to source and more expensive than we could afford.  Our auditors are highly supportive and my conversation with the Partner overseeing our audit was reassuringly encouraging.

Most importantly, for you who pray for and support the work of TBC these two meetings are indicative of the fact that we are very serious about being good stewards of that which you entrust to us.  We are determined to honor God and honor you by careful stewardship.  Thank you for your help and support.
