The Trinity Bible College Men’s and Women’s teams had four players this season who were named NCCAA Scholar Athletes. In order to be a Scholar Athlete a player must be a junior or senior and maintain a 3.4 GPA while playing his/her sport. The Lions Men team had one player named to this distinction, Michael Rohrbach. This is the second straight year Michael was given this award. The Lady Lions had three players named, senior Treva Nutter, junior Kayla Droste and junior Jaycythn Drumhiller. This was the second year in a row Treva Nutter was given this honor.
