The following is a brief job description of the position:
Fossil Creek Community Church is seeking a full-time executive children’s pastor. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing ministry growth in an existing Children’s Ministry Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not listed to the following:
• Curriculum Development
• Leadership Development
• Mentoring Children
• Organizational Skills
Position involves oversight of the BGMC Program, Girls Ministries, Junior Bible Quiz, missions trips, musical productions, and Royal Rangers. Responsibilities also include planning and developing big events and children’s camp participation.
Fossil Creek Community Church has multiple Sunday morning services, with age group of 4 year olds—1st grade and 2nd grade—6th grade.
Individual is also responsible for continued monitoring and implementation of children’s ministry budget as related to all areas of ministry within the department. This individual shall have the ability to relate to children and their parents.
