 <title>Track &amp; Field National Championships</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The Lions Track Team competed at the National Christian College Athletic Association Track and Field Championships last weekend.  In one of the fastest years on record for nationals, Heston Huwa set a new school record in the 100 Meter Dash with a time of 11.14.  Huwa now holds school records in the outdoor 100 Meter, 200 Meter, 4x100 relay, indoor 55 Meter and 60 Meter.  He was also a co-captain this season and will be student teaching in the fall to complete his education degree.  Junior Sprinter and co-captain Caleb Bialik ran a personal best time in the 200 Meter with 26.48.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Lions Track Compete in Al Cassell Relays - Huwa Ties Record</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The Trinity Track Team competed at Jamestown College last weekend finishing in 8th place.  Senior Sprinter Heston Huwa took 7th place in the 100 Meter and 5th place in the 200 Meter.  Freshmen Sprinter Greg Washington ran a personal best in the 100 Meter finishing in 12th place.  Sophomore Sprinter Jordan Braunberger set a new school record in the 800 Meter with 2:25.90 and Freshmen Sprinter Kevin Gilleland also set a new school record in the 400 Meter with 1:00.84.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Huwa Takes 2nd Place in 100 Meter</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Senior Sprinter Heston Huwa continued to impress last weekend at the University of Minnesota-Morris as he took 2nd Place in the 100 Meter with a time of 11.45.  Junior Sprinter Caleb Bialik also continued to improve dropping more than a tenth of a second off his 100 Meter time.  Sophomore Sprinter Jordan Braunberger also a ran a personal best in the 200 Meter with a time of 26.50.  The Track team looks to stay strong as they will have their entire team back this weekend to compete in the Al Cassell Relays at Jamestown  College.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Lions Earn First Victory of Season</title>

 <description>  &lt;p&gt;The Trinity  Bible College baseball team earned its first victory of the season in a split victory double-header on Tuesday evening.  <title>Snow Storm Bumps Track Team Off Course</title>

 <description>  &lt;p&gt;Due to snow storms across the midwest, the Lions Track team was short manned this weekend as they traveled to North Dakota State  University.    Senior sprinter Heston Huwa managed to finish in 9th place in the 100m.  Junior Sprinter Caleb Bialik finished 16th respectively.  Next weekend proves to be another challenge as the Lions will travel to the University of Minnesota-Morris.&lt;/p&gt;    </description>

 <title>Lions Baseball Drops Double Header</title>

 <description>  &lt;p&gt;The Trinity Bible College Baseball team dropped a double-header to Crown in St. Bonifacious on Wednesday evening.  The games started at 7:30pm and did not finish until well into the midnight hour.  <title>Mallory Malm Receives NCCAA DII Academic All-American Honors</title>

 <title>Jeremiah West Headed for NCCAA National Track Meet</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Jeremiah West tied for 3rd place running a personal best (11.2) last weekend in the 100m at Northern  State University to qualify for the National Christian College Athletic Association Track &amp;amp; Field Championships.  He also ran a personal best (23.21) in the 200m and led off for the mens 4x100m relay.  West is a sophomore in the Contemporary Music program and a shooting guard on the Lions basketball team.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>A Weekend of Personal Records for Lions Track</title>

 <description>      &lt;p&gt;In its first outdoor meet of the 2008 season, the Lions Track team set a host of personal records showing their ability to compete at a Division II level.  The team was led by sophomore sprinter Jeremiah West who tied for 3rd place with an (11.2) in the 100m.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Senior sprinter Heston Huwa took 6th place running an (11.3) in the 100m. West and Huwa also took 10th and 16th respectively in the 200m. Following their lead was freshman sprinter Greg Washington, posting personal bests in the 100m and 200m. Junior sprinter, Caleb Bialik also set a new personal record in the 100m&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <title>Baseball Spends Weekend in Montana</title>

 <description>  &lt;p&gt;The Trinity  Bible College baseball team played three games this past weekend in Glendive, Mt.
