The required documents (listed below) will be sent via email after you complete the initial application. 

Three References: One Pastoral Reference (from your pastor/church leader–must be a non-relative), one Character Reference (from a school teacher, guidance counselor, coach, mentor, or boss–must be a non-relative), and one Parent Reference (from a parent or guardian).
