Student check in will not be accommodated outside of the specified times. (Students in the Trinity Apartments will be emailed with separate instructions and times for check in.)

If a flight schedule requires a returning student to arrive at a different time, hardship requests can be arranged with the RD for a maximum of one additional night. In addition, a per night charge will be incurred for students granted early admission to student housing and/or a convenience charge for check in outside of specified times.

Meal plans for returning students begin with supper on Sunday, August 21. Returning students cannot begin utilizing the meal plan until they have cleared Student Accounts. This can be done in advance of returning to school. (Before clearing Student Accounts, returning students may purchase meals individually in the cafeteria.)

If you are sick (any illness) or have been exposed to Covid, contact our campus nurse, Marie Hennessy, before you come to campus for further instructions.

Parents

Students who are living in our student housing (Dorms or Trinity Apartments) will be able to move in once their deposit is paid and their FAFSA application has been submitted. Check-in is located in the Student Life Center. Student Life Staff (Resident Directors and Resident Assistants) will assist students in getting checked in and settling into their rooms. Parents are welcome to assist students with moving in and the set up of their room. However, only dorm residents (students) are allowed in the dorms after 9 pm each evening.

A critical part of Launch Week is the registration process. Parents are welcome to join students as they walk through the registration process. The registration process requires students to stop at the following departments before moving on to the next area: Enrollment, Academic Records, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, IT Office, Mail Room, Student Life Office. If students have completed the early registration process, they’ll be able to skip a lot of stops and speed through the lines!

FINANCIAL AID & STUDENT ACCOUNTS

Financial Aid

For all Financial Aid Questions, student should check out the Steps to Financial Aid.  There are eight steps that walk students through all of the major items that need to be completed before they come on campus. If students do these steps in advance, they will save a lot of time during registration! For further questions, email Mandy Belmont (amandabelmont@trinitybiblecollege.edu).

Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office oversees the billing and receipt of payment for tuition, fees, campus housing, meal plans, etc. Along with Financial Aid, Student Accounts is available to answer any questions students or parents may have regarding the student’s bill and steps students need to take to become financially prepared for their education.

Payments for School

All tuition, fees, room/board charges are due and payable at registration. Students without sufficient funds may request a deferred payment plan; however, a portion of the balance, as determined by Student Accounts, must be paid by the first day of classes. Subsequent payments are due on the dates designated by Student Accounts for the student’s payment plan. Students cannot attend classes without either paying their balance or setting up a payment plan. A fee is added to the student’s account for deferred payment plans.

Students receive statements once a month throughout the semester and notices in their campus mailbox from the Student Accounts office. Students are expected to make payments on time and pay all fees.
